Executive Administrative Assistant
Rachel Nipp
Hi! My name is Rachel Nipp. Who am I? That’s a loaded question; I am a daughter, sister, and friend. I love Jesus with my whole heart.
If you had told me that I would be an executive administrative assistant five years ago, I would have never believed you. I thought I was not that organized, and I had this overwhelming need to do everything right. I dislike disappointing people.
Those two things, in my mind, disqualified me for this position, but I love helping people. A few years ago, those two vast “faults” would have existed only in my brain, making me awkward and quirky. I would never have said yes to this. But Coach Joy wouldn't take no for an answer. She believed in me.
So, I allowed myself to be authentically me, embrace those “faults,” and use them to my advantage, which changed everything. Fast forward to now, and my love of helping people overshadows the awkward and quirky tendencies and makes them work for me.
The main thing that I love about this position is that this has given me the ability to provide administrative assistance to Coach Joy while she is helping others release pain, change limiting beliefs and achieve all of the dreams and goals that they never thought were possible. So I help her while she’s helping others. It’s like I’m helping too. Who wouldn’t love that?!
